Recoverly
Audit every line. Recover what's owed.
Early-stage prototype · CSV files only

Are your supplier invoices matching the prices you agreed?

Recoverly helps businesses compare supplier invoices against agreed prices and terms, identify potential discrepancies, and prepare evidence-backed queries for review.

Find potential supplier invoice discrepancies. Verify the evidence. Prepare better supplier queries.

  1. 01
    Compare

Upload an agreed supplier price list and invoice data in the supported CSV format.

  2. 02
    Identify

Recoverly flags potential discrepancies and items requiring further checks.

  3. 03
    Verify

Review the evidence before deciding whether a supplier query is justified.

  4. 04
    Prepare

Generate an itemised schedule and draft supplier query for review.

Supported files: structured CSV price lists and invoice data. PDFs, scanned invoices, photos, accounting-system connections and automatic supplier emails are not supported yet.

Human review required: a potential discrepancy is not necessarily a confirmed overcharge. Every proposed claim needs human and contractual verification before it is sent.

Your audit
Separate from the sample above — only files you load here are used.

Check your business’s supplier invoices

Load your agreed price list and up to 5 supplier invoices as CSV files. Each line is matched and potential discrepancies are listed for your review.

Recoverly is an early-stage prototype. Before uploading business data, confirm that your organisation is comfortable with the tool’s current capabilities and data-handling arrangements. Use fictional or appropriately anonymised data for demonstrations.

CSV files are read and checked in your browser; this tool does not send their contents to a Recoverly server. Refreshing the page clears them. Privacy Notice

Help us test Recoverly with your business

We’re looking for a small number of businesses to take part in an initial Recoverly pilot.

We’ll work with you to examine a defined sample of supplier invoice data against agreed pricing or commercial terms, identify potential discrepancies, and assess whether the findings are useful to your finance or purchasing process.

The initial pilot is designed to help us understand how Recoverly performs against real-world data and where it can provide the most value.

A pilot may involve

  • One supplier to begin with.
  • A defined sample of invoice data and the relevant agreed pricing.
  • An initial review of potential discrepancies.
  • Human verification of the results.
  • Feedback on the usefulness of the findings and proposed supplier queries.

We’re considering a small number of initial pilot businesses. Scope, eligibility and arrangements are agreed individually before any work begins. We can’t guarantee savings, recovered money or any number of discrepancies.

No commitment to proceed with a paid service. We’ll discuss the scope, data requirements and arrangements with you first.
